Oh Happy Days!!

It is officially summer WAHOO!!! Playtime at Grandma and Grandpa's. Sprinklers, Food, Rabbit Chasing, Tramp, Garden, Fire, and Yummy Food!!!! No better place to be!!

Dagen's Baptism Day

What a special day! My very special DAGEN was baptized! I am so very proud of his choice. He is such a great example to others. We love you so much!!!!

Memorial Day

Okay so the day after the Yellowstone trip we just couldn't get enough of each other....ok so maybe some of us had had enough...

Grams and Gramps had everyone over for an impromptu BBQ. It was yummy, fun, and relaxed. Thanks for the great day!!

Yellowstone ADVENTURE?!*!?!?@**

This is pictures of our Sorensen Annual Yellowstone Trip. Grandma warned us it would be an ADVENTURE.....We just didn't realize how many adventures. lol
1. Weather was a snowy, freezing, rainy day.
2. Most of the roads where closed.
3. There was a rock slide blocking the road to our cabins. So we scrambled for plan B.
4. Salty in-laws (you all can roll your eyes, but you know you all had a turn.)
5. Loosing part of our caravan for hours.
6. Having more mud in the truck then out of it.
7. Learning from the middle boys at a hot pot that we have found the "Butt Crack of the Earth."
8. The raven ate our bagged and boxed chips.
9. Having people stare at us as we walked into the pizza shop in disbelief that 1 family had that many boys.
10. Cooking 100 hot dogs in our hotel room with hopes that the fan would help not make it smell like we where cooking. lol

As always it was a great trip! Thanks for the memories!!!!

Sing a Song Anyone?

Colton's music program was well really quiet. The kid just stuck his hands in his pocket, rolled his eyes, and he never once opened his mouth. The moms in front of me got a chuckle out of his behavior. One of them said, "Oh but that is a huge step for him he is standing in the front roll". (Last year he was so nervous he came and sat down 1/2 way through so improvement?) He really can perform remember his program 1 week ago?

Then I proceeded to Dagen's music program. His group was all volume and huge actions. They sang a song about "I love you" and the girls pointed to him, well he got giggling so hard that was all you could hear till the end of the song. Heaven help us!!!

Derby Time

Derby X 2=a lot of work. It was weeks of car making. Here is Dagen, Colton, and McKay.

It was a FUN night! Dagen took 3rd place and Colton took 4th. Way to go kiddos!

Finally a Boy Scout

Can you believe it he is finally a Scout. He has been wishing for it for about 2 years. I can't even believe he is that old and so stinking cute in uniform.

Birthday Final Round

Dagen thought he needed to invite the Aunts, Uncles, and cousins for cake and ice cream. It was so nice of everyone to come. Thanks! This is a very happy Birthday Boy!!! (And a very tired Mom and Dad).

Birthday Round #3

Dinner with Grandpa and Grandma at Texas Roadhouse. It was something he has wanted since my parents went to Arizona. He asked weekly if they would be back for it. Dagen cracked a million peanuts for Grandma. lol And they even sang to him and he didn't cry because the bribe was a bowl of ice cream. lol
