Finally A Cabin Trip

It has been a hard summer to make it to the cabin.  So when we had a chance we jumped on it.

 

Lots of relaxation and fun!

Hogle Zoo

It was so nice to get away we had to extend another day.  We decided to got down to the Salt Lake Zoo.

 

It was a fun day of carousel, animals, sun,

bird show with bloody nose, and dipping dots.

 

The boys loved the new exhibits.  It was good to just hang with the family.

Logan Trip

We snuck a quick trip with our Dad to Logan, Utah.

 

Oaklen was so proud of his loading the snacks into the fridge it had to be just so and took him about 30 minutes to get it just right.

 

Dagen insisted on growing out his hair.

Important Day

It was an important day for Oaklen.  He celebrated his birthday at school.  Complete with a crown, song, and birthday balloons on a laffy taffy.  Happy Birthday Boy!!!

Pot of Gold

Anyone who knows Dagen knows he love hunting Leprechauns.....so of course we have to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!  This year was green pancakes, green eggs, and green milk.  As you can see Dagen went crazy, Colt was happy, Oak just wanted it to all end, and Ryan was thrilled.  Hey the way I see it I should get credit for trying.  lol

Ever Wonder?

Have you ever wondered what it is like living in a house full of boys!!!  Well here is a glimpse into my life with them all.

All adds up to a broken table and I mean really broken.

 

This is the aftermath of a wrestling match for a bag of skittles left on the table.  Silver lining I got a new kitchen table that matches!

Attempts to the Cabin

Our first attempt to get into the cabin was a big FAIL!!!  Way to much snow in the drive.

 

So on the 2nd attempt we got smarter and took our snow clothes and it is a good thing.  We still couldn't get down the lane.   However, we had a fun time playing in the snow and exploring.

Pinewood Derby

Another pinewood derby under my belt.  Dagen worked hard to get his car done in time.  He took 3rd place.  Way to go!!!

D.A.R.E.

It was a big night for Colton and his friends......they had D.A.R.E. graduation!  It was a fun filled night with a slide show and a live cop band.  A great program that the boys enjoyed and learned a lot.  Colton is still not drinking soda!!!!!

 

Boy Dates

Ryan took Colton and Dagen out for a ski night.  They had super fun!!!  Colton loves to ski as much as he does golf.

 

After a much reluctant Dagen went to the hill with his Dad he remembered he loves to ski, too! 

 

I got to spend a night home alone with Oaklen.  He picked Artic Circle take out

  and Rio the movie.
