Black Friday

Black Friday what can we say. It was a lot a fun and a disaster all in one. It all started about 1 am when the septic tank backed up. So everyone was relocated to Idaho Falls. Then the girls set out to do the Black Friday sales. No one even had an idea of what they were buying. It was so funny! Then we get to Shopko and decide we will just watch the line till it goes in, so we park half way in the road....bad idea my jeep stops working. We decide we will just shop and deal with it later. Well when we get back out it is working so we just proceed on. Another bad idea it keeps dying all morning long. We finally go to breakfast and get ready to leave and it stalls again in the Perkins entrance. So I have this great idea Debra can just tow me....that is if I knew how to do that. I hook it up and we start to go and opps again I hooked it up wrong and it rips the whole front end off. We where laughing so hard we couldn't even get out to help. Amber just picks up the bummer and throws it in the jeep. It was on bad event after another....but so dang funny still. However, it might have put some of us over the edge.

Thanksgiving Day!

So this year Pam decided to do her hair like Mandie's (which is normally high). Took us forever and we only made it about a 1/4 of the way there. No wonder Mandie hates it when we touch her hair....it is a lot of work!
Thanksgiving Dinner a favorite time of the year! We had lots of fun and laughs! Everyone there this year Grandpa Sorensen, Grandma Sorensen, Paul, Deb, Ash, Brax, Debbie, Lynn, Amber, Derek, Andy, Suzy, Ry, Colt, Dag, Oak, Pam, Paul2, Court, Dono, Dec, Zayd, Jay, Mandie, Austen, Tanner, and Jake! We are so big now we had to have it in the garage.






We played Minute to Win it this year. It was full of funny challenges and then they all won a punching balloon. That is crazy with all those kids. Who would think of that? We also played BINGO a tradition and this year Dagen won the $50. Huge smiles!!

Last Cabin Trip for the Season

We went up to the cabin on last time to winterize the place. Much to our surprise we woke up to a lot of snow. We decided we had better get out of there before we where snowed in....Opps!! A little too late.
Suzy, Dagen, and Oaklen thinking the snow was cool. That was before we got stuck and stranded for another day.
Once we figured out that we would be stranded for the night we had to get more firewood ready. Here is Dagen being the man.

Halloween 2010

Goblins galore for Halloween....look who blew into town for a Spooky Celebration!!!

We surprised Grandma and Grandpa they didn't know they were coming.

We took the boys to the Trunk or Treat and the carnival. They loved all the candy!

A lady from Pam's work made all the boys matching Halloween bags. What a nice lady never even meet her but Thanks!!!

Petting Zoo??

The Southwicks brought their cute little puppies to play for the weekend. Two out of three kids loved them. At one time it felt like a petting zoo with 2-puppies, 1 huge Mudd, and 7 little boys.....which on stunk the worst?!?!?

Sunday Dinner

Sunday we threw a little Sunday Dinner get together because Pam was in town. Paul 2 & Pam made us yummy roast. Everyone was crammed in my tiny house and it was nice to see everyone. Thanks for coming and pitching in you all. Costume Parade

Hay Maze

For Ryan's last Birthday party we went to the hay maze in Archer, Idaho. We had lots and lots of fun!!! We got lost a lot and played on the hay stack. Fun Times!!

A maze that was suppose to take us 30 minutes ended up taking 1 1/2 hours. Braxton lead us to the same place so many times we even named it Braxton's house.

So after all the fun we meet up with Grandma, Grandpa, and Paul's group to have a Big Jud! YUMMY!!!

Our Little Performer

So all of you that know Colton know he does not speak, act, or sing for an audience. But today that all changed he had a play at school. He did his part without anyone forcing, threatening, or begging him. He just did such a wonderful job. This is a huge change!!!

GRRRR!!!

Colton received his BEAR award last night! He worked really hard to earn it. We are very proud of him! Good job kido!

Happy 35th Ryan!!!

Someone quick call the fire department....Yes we fit all 35 candles on the cake. Not sure if Ryan liked seeing his age in smoke, but the boys got a kick out of it.

Ryan has made it to 35!! Yippee!!!! We had a quiet Birthday with just the family! Happy Birthday Ry Guy!!

Sunday Boredom Buster

Sunday was just an uneventful day, so for our night activity we decided to carve our pumpkins. The boys always love this time of year.
Colton designed his with skull and cross bones all free hand. It is impressive.

Here is Oaklen saying, "No take picture of me!"

You can tell Dagen took his pumpkin carving very seriously......for all of about 30 seconds.
