Day on the River

Floating the river, napping in the sun, catching creatures in the water, making anchors on the raft, water fight.....perfect day!!!

Campfire

On vacation Grandma decided we would do a campfire. She thought we would be able to get by with just smores lol.....the teenagers had another idea. They went inside and came back with hotdogs, chips, and pop. Silly Kids!! It was so much fun! Minus the misquitos that ate us alive (you will notice we even had to wear hoods tied up).

Idiots

So this is an extention of the clothes pin tag....and can you say IDIOTS!! This is a game that Mandie and Jay decided would be a good idea. They would put it on each other and see how bad it hurt. This one really ended up in a 1/2 ripped of bloody lip. lol Even Grandpa got in on the action with Mandie. They played the clothes pin game until we got home to Rexburg. lol Funny Silly People!!!

Clothes Pin Tag

This is one mean tough game of clothes pin tag. Each person had a number of clothes pins on their clothes. The object of the game was to get the most clothes pins to win. Oh my I didn't realize they would really go after each other like a bunch of wild animals. It was a kick in the pants to watch!! And hey it is not a fun game if there is no blood or bruising right?

Horseshoe Lake

Here are a few pictures of our trip to Horseshoe Lake. It was a beautiful day! The kids all had a great time on the canoes. We only had one tip over with Paul, Braxton, and Colton.....thank heavens for the teenage boys who saved them with the recently learned "T" rescue. The kids swam, fished, tried to charge me for the gondala ride, and ate snacks. It was a relaxing afternoon.

Outdoor Fun

The Sorensen Clan took a few days to spend in the great outdoors. These are just a few shots of playing with family, swinging, 4 wheeler, and the dog. Fun Days!!

Harry Potter

Ashley had a great idea to have a Harry Potter Marathon. Torture for 1/2 of us that escaped to play cards. However, they did turn it up to like 30 decibles and it was on all night.

However, you will notice Ashley was the last to rise the next day.

Big Jud's

A truly Sorensen meal BIG JUD'S. This was our big meal before we headed to the cabin for the weekend. We had to stock up on our calorie count......we just never knew when our next meal might be. lol It was delicious and loads of fun.

Like Father Like Son

This was one of those moments when you just know they are 2 peas in a pod.

Spoons Anyone

A night of Spoons anyone? This was is how we entertained ourselves on night. Everyone got in on the action....even little Jakers. Who actually lasted longer then most.
