My Little Politician

Colton stepped way out of his comfort zone this time. He decided to run for student council. It required an essay, posters, stickers, and a speech. He worked very hard and did some really great work. Today he informed me that he got elected and he was so very excited! Congrats Colton on running a good race. We are very proud of you!

Happy Halloween

Here are some things that are scarier then lions, tigers, and bears oh my. Colton (starwars), Dagen (Army Man), Oaklen (Captian America), Ryan (creepy clown). lol They had parades, parties, trunk or treat and regular trick or treat. Busy but fun day! PS I still offically hate Halloween.

Had Enough

We have had some incredibly busy weeks lately. The other night this is as far as the little guy could go.....Dangerous place to be. lol

The boys come up late last night and decorated for the big day. It was so funny the streamers are almost as tall as our Dad. lol Hope you had a Happy Day!!!

Pumpkin Carving

It is finally time to carve those perfect pumkins we found at the pumpkin patch. We had a semi warm day so we did them out in the garage. Oaklen loved every minute of it. Dagen could have cared less he was way more in a hurry to play. Colton and Ryan took their dear sweet time making it just right. Lots of Fun!!

Pumpkin Patch

This weekend we headed out to the pumpkin patch. The boys have been waiting all week for this event....and it didn't disappoint. We had a great time finding just the right pumpkin. It took Colton quite a while to find just the perfect one. Then we went through the straw maze, and then off to the train ride. We only had one bad thing the boys got straw in their socks, and they thought they might die. lol It was nice weather and after we found them costumes. Fun family night!!!

Winter Already?*@&#

Now those of you that know Idaho know that winter hangs on forever.....so I just have to say I think it is totally unfair for the snow to come before Halloween. REALLY?*#@#? Today we got dumped on literally. It snowed all day. However, the boys thought it was the greatest. Colton was outside all day with his friends....roaming from one house to the other. Dagen and Oaklen loved making new tracks. I took a 10 minute break to come in and get dinner on and I look out the window to see Dagen completely perplexed. He had rolled a huge snowball right into the neighbors drive way behind their car. It had gotten so heavy that he couldn't roll it any further. He tried 100 different ways, but no luck. He finally recruited his tough Mama to help roll it away from the back of their car. I tell you that kid! We had fun in the snow, but I have to say I hope it doesn't last.

Growning up too fast!

Where did all the time go? There have been a few moments the last little while that I look at Colton and think when did you grow up? He has turned into a little man and no longer my little TT:( Makes me so sad....however, he is one funny, talented, and good kiddo. Love you!

Conference Fun

Conference weekend wasn't quite what we had planned.....however, it wasn't all that bad. Ryan ended up being out of town, 3 out of 4 of us had a nasty cold, so we just hung out at home. We did make playdough, worked on our 72 hour kits, tried to listen to conference (huge task with noisy boys), and make Grandma Smith's chicken noodle soup. Yum! Here are my little creators.

Go Broncos!!

This Saturday was so much Fun!! A couple of friends in the neighborhood invited us to go to the Boise Bronco Football game. We flew to Boise in the afternoon, went to dinner, and off the the game. We sat on the 2nd row at the 40 yard line. It was way close you could see the sweat on the players. The fans were crazy fun to watch. We sat by a grandma who wore the blue wig, and all decked out in orange and blue. I saw a total of 10 people who did not wear white, orange, and blue. It was a great time! I know you are all saying what about your boys.....have no worries. They got to play with Abigail all day, have pizza, make a mess, stay up until 1 am, and they got to ride in the plane to back to Pocatello tonight. Fun Times!!!

Ace my little Ace

Oh my dear sweet Dagen........has been at it again. Oh the sleepless nights, the tears, and the moments that even pepsi doesn't cure. lol This is only one of his many shananigans he has been up to lately. He comes up the stairs and said, "Mom I'm stuck."

Literally, he had gotten his finger stuck inside a dvd. Oh how I pray I can keep up with this little rascal.

1st Dentist Visit

Here is Oaklen's first dentist appointment. He thought it was great cause Auntie Mandy was his dentist, and she even let him watch a movie. He looks so small in that great big chair.

Labor Day

Labor Day was spent on a quiet weekend at the cabin. That place is heaven on earth! We had a great time playing games, 4 wheeling, shooting BB guns, mowing lawn, eating ice cream, visiting cave falls, just hanging out. We did have a little truck problem so bonus we got Grams and Gramps to come to our rescue and BONUS they got to stay for the rest of the weekend. Thanks!!

Airplanes

There happened to be some different planes fly into town, and we of course had to check them out. We meet up with Jay & Mandie's family and Grandpa and Grandma. We spent the whole morning checking out the birds. I would tell you what they are but I'm not sure I am sure it has a number and a letter name. lol

After the boys got home from school they went back over to check out the inside. Colton and Oaklen love the airport. Dagen well he stayed home with me and Grams.
